At M/s ZZP Structure we take pride in the quality and integrity of our essential oil products. Due to the nature of our goods and the terms outlined in our Purchase Terms & Conditions, all sales are final. Please review the policy below before making your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment is processed. If you made a mistake during checkout, please contact us immediately at shop@baseremedies.com. While we do not guarantee any changes, we will try to assist if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason except under rare and exceptional circumstances (e.g., the wrong or damaged item delivered). If granted, refunds are issued only after our team reviews and approves the claim.

Exceptional Cases – Wrong Item

If you believe you received:

A wrong item

You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the package by emailing shop@baseremedies.com, including:

Your order number,

A clear photo of the received item,

A description of the issue.

Our team will assess and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If eligible, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

No Returns Policy

As stated in our Purchase Terms & Conditions, all sales are final.

Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns of any opened or unopened products.

Allergy Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to review product ingredients and identify possible allergens. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse. Please consult our product descriptions and consult your physician if in doubt.
