Welcome to Base Remedies. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Future Fulfilment B.V., a Netherlands-based fulfillment company, to manage the storage, packaging, dispatch, and return processing of all our orders.
2. Order Processing Time

Netherlands: Orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed and shipped the same day.

Belgium, Germany, UK & Rest of Europe: Orders placed before 20:00 CET are processed and shipped the same day.

Worldwide Orders: Shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders are handed over daily to carriers (excluding national holidays).

Dutch orders are also processed on Sundays.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal of delivery:

Reshipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

We will work with Future Fulfilment and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Liability is limited to direct damage; we are not responsible for consequential losses (e.g., business interruption, lost profits).
8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to customs, legal, or carrier restrictions.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, carrier disruptions, or government regulations).
